Regardless of printing process, it's always good practice to hang your custom print indoors, out of direct sunlight to preserve color quality.
In order to cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours from ordering time. After that period, since these are custom made products, cancellation or returns can not be made.
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion.
